How I Screencap:
I use VLC media player to cap the images as PNG's, making sure that the aspect ratio is set to 16:9, and then tweaking the saturation and sharpness using the video effects tools. I then use a PNG to JPG image converter to convert them to jpg's. I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to trim the black bars if necessary before upload.
