Love on the Run is an American romantic comedy that finds a socialite (Joan Crawford) running away from her wedding and into international intrigue with two newspapermen (Clark Gable and Franchot Tone) fighting to cover her story.

Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless
Later, Baroness Hilda Spandermann (Mona Barrie) carries a nickel Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless with black grips, which Mike (Clark Gable) takes away from her. It may be the same nickel-plated pistol seen carried earlier by their chauffeur, Paul (Duke York).
