Colt Commando
The Colt Commando was the military's adopted version of the Colt Official Police. The Commando was parkerized and outfitted with plain grips or subdued grips with the Colt logo in the plastic. It was issued during World War 2 to governmental agencies not involved directly in the frontline fighting.
