The following guns were used in the movie Hard Rain
SIG-Sauer P226
Jim (Morgan Freeman) uses a two-tone SIG-Sauer P226 with taped grips. In the cemetery's scene the gun is used by Tom too.
Arminius HW-9ST
Ray (Ricky Harris) uses a Arminius HW-9ST with non-flute cylinder and ajax taped grips.
Beretta 92 Centurion
When Trooper Phil (Peter Murnik) menaces the Sheriff he points a Beretta 92 Centurion Inox.
Taurus Model 44
Kenny’s (Michael A. Goorjian) revolver is a stainless steel Taurus Model 44 with a 6 inch barrel.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Wayne (Mark Rolston) draws from his duty belt a Smith & Wesson M686 when Karen kills him. Tom carries this gun and he will uses it in the final scene. From Wayne's death to the movie's end this six-bullets revolver shoots about 20 shots with no need to recharge!
Smith & Wesson Model 66
In the beginning of the movie Tom (Christian Slater) draws a Smith & Wesson M66 with a 4 inch from his duty belt in the movie start to protect the money. When he goes to the van’s back the gun is in his hand but in the next scene he hasn't got it and he’s constricted to run to avoids Jim’s men.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Sheriff (Randy Quaid) carries in the brown leather ankle holster a silver Smith & Wesson M36. He tryes to use it in the end of the movie. Wayne (Mark Rolston) holds in the right hand a Smith & Wesson M36 when he closes the weapon locker. This gun is visible only in a little frame, if you look the movie carefully you can see it.
Glock 17
In the police station and in the Church's shooting we can see for one second a Glock 17 carried by the Sheriff (Randy Quaid) on his duty Belt.
Dragunov SVD
When Jim talks with Tom and Charlie, Kenny (Michael A. Goorjian) points his SVD Dragunov sniper rifle. This weapon is used only in this scene.
Mossberg 500
In the outside bank scene we can see Uncle Charlie (Ed Asner) gives a Mossberg Model 500 with wood furniture to Tom. Tom tryes to take this shotgun in the half of the movie.
Mossberg 590 Mariner
Deputy Sheriffes use a Mossberg 590 Mariner for most of the movie.
Remington 870 Sawed-Off
Mr. Mehlor (Dann Florek) uses a Remington M870 Sawed-Off.

The Sturm Ruger AC556 is used in the most of the film by police and criminals.

Hank (Wayne Duvall) holds a Sturm Ruger Mini-14. Tom takes it in the church's shooting.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Doreen (Betty White) uses a Double Barreled Shotgun.
