Zero Tolerance Robert Patrick as FBI agent Jeff Douglas. His family is brutally slaughtered on order of drug kingpin Ray Manta (Titus Welliver ) whom Douglas transports from Mexico. Now Jeff wages his personal war against Manta and other bosses of White Hand drug cartel.
