I have some ideas about documentary footage but I need some time for it. Just now:

• Philosophy footage 2 1.jpg - Russian Navy ships, sunk in Port Arthur in 1904
• Philosophy footage 4 16.jpg - IJN Vickers Crossley armored car (probably the photo is the same that is seen here partially)
• Philosophy footage 6 5.jpg - despite posting as Khalkhin Gol footage, this is in reality much later footage as these planes are Soviet Pe-2 bombers that appeared only in 1940. I guess that this is a 1943-1945 footage.
• Philosophy footage 19 1.jpg - T-34-85
• Philosophy footage 19 7.jpg - Il-2 (or maybe mix of Il-2 and Il-10) planes
• Philosophy footage 19 13.jpg - ISU-152
• Philosophy footage 19 14.jpg and Philosophy footage 19 15.jpg - SG-43, mounted on motorcycle
• Philosophy footage 16 3.jpg - LVT class amphibious vehicles (cannot identify the exact model but possibly LVT-4)

A great thanks! Also, it's very unusialy to see the Nambu Type 14 in modern Russian movie. According the final credites, this gun was presented by one of the movie crew member. Pyramid Silent (talk) 15:39, 30 September 2018 (EDT)

Comrade Pyramid Silent, as always, finds some mysterious shit. But this time, he seems to have surpassed all expectations. From all I understood, this is one of the lamest/worst absurdish pseudo historical movies even for standarts of 90's. Even "Green Elephant" is much better, at least it is cheerful (as much as an ultra-black comedy can be), and there is not so much dismemberment/guts/blood/etc.-etc.-etc. there. This is just crap-for-crap, not for the sake of a story about real events and war crimes, as Schindler's List. I would not even be surprised if they managed to exaggerate real atrocities. I'm shocked they were able to get real Japanese actors to star in this "film". Now gentlemen, judge for yourself how worthy it is to be here. --Slon95 (talk) 14:43, 9 April 2019 (EDT)
