Ohhhh Neat
Now I have to watch this movie. I love the movies set during the peak of the British Empire. Especially since they use all those great old English firearms. --Jcordell 00:31, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
- I just borrowed it from the Library, good movie but REALLY long --AdAstra2009 01:08, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
Mosin Nagant
There's a Mosin Nagant rifle in the same shot as one of the Mauser C96s. --funkychinaman 00:53, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
- Forgot to upload those, will do tomorrow. --AdAstra2009 01:09, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
Unidentified Rifle
The "unidentified rifle" used by McNabb looks like a Lee-Speed, which is a trade manufactured sporterized Lee-Enfield. (Wraith)
- I think your right. --AdAstra2009 01:42, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
That's not a Springfield rifle or a Sharp's. Its a sporterised British Snider rifle. It is a cartridge conversion of a P53 Enfield.
I'm definitely seconding the Snider, I see brass fittings instead of iron and the side folding rather than forward tipping breech block. Black Irish Paddy (talk) 18:46, 8 July 2017 (EDT)
