Open Fire is a 1994 direct-to-video action movie directed by Kurt Anderson (Martial Outlaw). The film's plot closely resembles that of Die Hard, but takes place at the chemical plant which is seized by a terrorist group. The main character is Alec McNeil (Jeff Wincott), a former FBI agent who was dismissed from service.

Pistols

Beretta 92FS

Alec McNeil's (Jeff Wincott) main weapon is the Beretta 92FS. Later he gives his pistol to Lynne Tolbert (Mimi Craven) and gets another one from a body of a terrorist. Most of the terrorists also carry these pistols. A highway patrol officer also has what appears to be a Beretta in his holster. Only a grip can be seen.

Roy's (Michael Shaner) Beretta 92FS switches to Beretta 92FS Inox when he fires at a highway patrol officer. In the final scene Stein Kruger's (Patrick Kilpatrick) Beretta also switches to Inox version.

Colt AR-15A2 Sporter Lightweight

Deacon (Ron Howard George) carries an M16 carbine that looks similar to AR-15A2 Sporter Lightweight. It has a solid fixed stock, not collapsible as most M16 carbine versions. In the final scene it switches several times to M16A1 and back again. Nakata (Leo Lee) carries a similar carbine with sniper scope in one scene but never uses it in action.
