Martial Outlaw Open Fire Jeff Wincott ) and his elder brother, LAPD Sergeant Jack White (Gary Hudson ) both serve the law but the relations between brothers are far from friendly. When Kevin starts an operation against Russian drug king Rodchenko, Jack is in his own interest.
