Neal McDonough is an American actor whose diverse career includes such feature films as Flags of our Fathers, Star Trek: First Contact, and Red 2 in addition to his role as "Dum Dum Dugan" in 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger. He also appeared in such series and miniseries as Band of Brothers and Justified. He returned to voice Dum Dum Dugan in the Disney+ animated series What If...?
