Originally developed in the mid/late 80s as a riot control projectile launcher, the ARWEN 37 is a British less-lethal launcher that often doubles as an explosive launcher in films and has a place in sci-fi due to its futuristic look. The name is an acronym that stands for Anti Riot Weapon ENfield.
