Remington 870 vs Smith & Wesson 3000
Looking at the bolt and the flat section on the pistol grip, I think it's a Smith & Wesson 3000.--Predator20 18:21, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
More unknown guns
What is the gun, seen at the right, with a perforated barrel shroud? Maybe a Smith & Wesson 76? Greg-Z (talk) 15:04, 7 July 2015 (EDT)
- Maybe a long barreled HK94 with barrel shroud? --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:08, 7 July 2015 (EDT)
- The holes on the shroud are of a different pattern than on a SW76. The holes seem to big anyways compared to a SW76.Dudester32 (talk) 03:38, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- I think Funkychinaman is right. Here is the shroud of a HK94. Note where the movie gunman is holding the gun. Looks like the place where the forward grip is. Hole pattern seem to match up too. Dudester32 (talk) 03:41, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
A shotgun that is seen here on the foreground differs from both shotguns that are already listed. I guess it to be some version of a Winchester Model 1200, or maybe Model 120, like the one below. Greg-Z (talk) 15:03, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- Based on the curved bracket at the front of the magazine tube I am more inclined to say that it is a long barelled variant of the Ithaca 37:--commando552 (talk) 18:54, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- I concur with both the Ithaca and HK94 IDs. StanTheMan (talk) 21:52, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
Two unknown revolvers
I'm not good at identifying revolver variants. Both guns below are stainless steel and probably .357..Thats about all I know. Dudester32 (talk) 04:08, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
The one on top appears to be a S&W Model 15. The bottom one, maybe a S&W 27/28? --Funkychinaman (talk) 10:32, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- According to what I read they did not make a S&W28 in Stainless so it is probably a 27 with 6inch barrel. Possibly a 29. Looking on the top one again I dont think it is a 15. The front sight matches but several smaller details do not. Dudester32 (talk) 12:24, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- Wait, disgregard that. It does look like a 15 after a closer check. My bad. Dudester32 (talk) 12:29, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- The revolver on top seems to have a shrouded ejector rod, not exposed as Model 15. Greg-Z (talk) 15:05, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- True, but everything else fits. I think the angle of the gun hides the exposed rod. Dudester32 (talk) 15:06, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- I think....Dudester32 (talk) 15:07, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- I'm not sure, maybe it's really an optical illusion. But if this revolver really has shrouded rod, than it also can be Model 27/28. Greg-Z (talk) 15:15, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- Or a S&W Model 19. --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:22, 8 July 2015 (EDT)

Top two revolvers are 4" S&W Model 19s - They have shrouded ejector rods and bull barrels (not tapered to what I can see), neither the Model 15 nor the N-frame .357s have both of those features together - Only the K-frame Combat Magnums. Bottom revolver on the left seems to also be a Model 19, but with 6" barrel (Not nearly big enough to be a N-frame Model 29). The one on the right in the bottom cap is tougher.. I think it may have a vented rib so it might be a Colt Python, if not probably a S&W Model 586. StanTheMan (talk) 15:40, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
I surrender to guys in the face of your collective experience in this matter! :) Dudester32 (talk) 15:42, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- I'll add that the top two guns don't appear near big enough to be N-frames, and they lack the cylinder gaps of both the .357 S&W N-frames AND the Model 15, so again, has to be a Model 19. StanTheMan (talk) 15:46, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
- Extra note - I didn't realize the top guns are stainless. That being the case they are probably Smith & Wesson Model 66s (the stainless variant of of the Model 19). StanTheMan (talk) 21:54, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
Another unknown shotgun
In the shot below the bad guy carries what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 3000
In the other shot above he carries this shotgun which I cant identify. Note the front sight does not match the 3000 plus the gas regulator (or whatever the thing is in front of the pump action handle is) Dudester32 (talk) 13:27, 10 July 2015 (EDT)
- I do think that's a S&W 3000. The cap you're seeing may be just an optical illusion. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:07, 10 July 2015 (EDT)
