Bright (2017) is a 2017 Netflix original fantasy crime film set in an alternate present reality where humans and magical creatures such as elves, fairies and orcs coexist. Will Smith stars as Daryl Ward, a veteran LAPD officer who is partnered with the Department's first Orc officer, Nick Jakoby (Joel Edgerton). The film was directed by David Ayer, the director of such films as Fury and End of Watch and who also directed Smith in 2016's Suicide Squad, and was written by Max Landis, the son of director John Landis and the screenwriter of the film Chronicle. The film was released on Netflix on December 22, 2017.

Beretta 92FS Inox

Glock 17
The Glock 17 is the standard issue sidearm for LAPD officers in the film, including Daryl Ward (Will Smith) and Nick Jakoby (Joel Edgerton). Both officers have Surefire X300 weaponlights attached to them.

Ruger SP101
A Ruger SP101 is briefly seen on Daryl's bed as he awakes.
Smith & Wesson 629
A Smith & Wesson 629 revolver is used by the gas station clerk (Greg Joung Paik). After he is shot, Daryl takes the revolver and uses during the shootout with Leilah and her henchmen.
Shotguns
Kel-Tec KSG
Kel-Tec KSG shotguns are used by federal agents from the Department of Magic. A KSG with a reflex sight is later retrieved from a fallen agent and used by Daryl and Nick.
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
At the film's beginning, an orc uses a Mossberg 500 Cruiser with a heatshield to shoot at Daryl.
Remington 870
Remington 870 (Police Extended)
The standard shotguns for LAPD officers in the film are Remington 870 Police shotguns, fitted with Surefire dedicated forend weaponlight grips and an extended magazine tube. Both Daryl and Nick use the shotgun.
Remington 870 (Extended Mag Tube)
LA Sheriff's Deputy Rodriguez (Jay Hernandez) is armed with a Remington 870 with an extended magazine tube.
Remington 870 (pistol grip)
A Remington 870 with a curved pistol grip is later used by Daryl.
Serbu Super Shorty
A gangster uses a Serbu Super Shorty during the shootout at the strip club.
Submachine Guns
Intratec TEC-9
An Intratec TEC-9 is used by one of the gangsters following Poison (Enrique Murciano).
MAC-10
The MAC-10 is dual-wielded by one of Poison's gangsters.
SIG-Sauer MPX
The SIG-Sauer MPX is seen used by both Leilah (Noomi Rapace) and her guard Tien (Veronica Ngo).
Rifles
AKM
Several of Poison's gangsters use AKM assault rifles while chasing Daryl and Nick.
Barrett M82A1
A Barrett M82A1 anti-material rifle is seen in the Shield of Light's safehouse.
Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS
A LAPD SWAT officer responding to the shootout at the strip club wields a Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS.
IWI Galil MAR
Leilah uses a Galil MAR with a Aimpoint Micro T-1 red dot sight during the shootout at the gas station.
Remington Model 700 BDL
Dorghu (Brad William Henke), leader of the Fogteeth Orc clan, uses a Remington 700 BDL hunting rifle.
Ruger Mini-14
Poison's gangsters wield Ruger Mini-14 rifles. A Shield of Light militant also uses a Mini-14.
Machine Guns
FN Mk.48 Mod 0
A Mk 48 Mod 0 machine gun is carried by a LAPD SWAT officer.
FN M240B
A FN M240B machine gun is also used by one of the SWAT officers.
