Or ExplodingBarrel, The, if you'd like.

About Me

Did you really think that I was gonna talk about myself? Fool.

...

Alright, fine, I'll talk about myself: I like guns, I like video games, and I live in Singapore. That is all I will say.

Things That I Have Finished Working On

Things That I Should Be Working On But Am Probably Procrastinating

Things That I Might Do Sometime In The Future

Photosourced Gun Textures

I really like photosourced textures. They have a feeling that no other kind of texture has. This is an attempt to document the original image sources that were used for these textures. Obviously, this will only cover firearms.

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

  • Benelli M4 Super 90: From this image.

Maximum Action

  • AirTronic PSRL: Unknown source, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it before.
  • AK-47: Filename indicated that it's from AK-47 type II Part DM-ST-89-01131 on Wikimedia Commons.
  • Beretta 92FS: From this image, but with the extended mag edited out and the whole image turned greyscale.
  • Beretta 92FS Inox: From this image.
  • Calico M950A: Calico-M950A by MPM2008.
  • Double Barrel: Source is unknown, but I've seen it before.
  • Glock 17: From this image.
  • Grenade: This image is very frequently used for toy grenades, so finding the actual source is highly unlikely.
  • Heckler & Koch MP5: Seems to be from the ICS website, but I've been unable to find the exact image referenced.
  • Henry 1860: From the official Henry USA site listing for the New Original Henry Rare Carbine.
  • IMI Uzi: Uzi of the israeli armed forces by Uziel Galishto on Wikimedia Commons.
  • Ruger GP100: From the official Ruger website.
  • Serbu Super Shorty: From this image.

Peripeteia

This only covers the demo as it's the only build of the game I have access to. Newer development images appear to show textures sourced from this and this image.

  • "AK Clone": Receiver sourced from this very old image of a Type 1 AK-47, combined with the stock from AKMRifle by MoviePropMaster2008 along with unknown sources for the handguard, barrel, and magazine.
  • APS Underwater Assault Rifle: APS underwater rifle REMOV by REMOV from Wikimedia Commons.
  • Calico M900: Calico-M900Carbine by MPM2008.
  • Franchi SPAS-12: Franchi12 by MPM2008 combined with top-most example on SPAS-12 Variants. by HellsXgunsmith on Wikimedia Commons.
  • Heckler & Koch G3A3: SouthAfricanG3 by MPM2008.
  • kbk wz. 88 Tantal: Appears to be from this Forgotten Weapons article, with the bolt and barrel assembly from the "AK Clone".
  • kbk wz. 97 BOŻ: Unknown source.
  • M16A2: M16A2 Rifle with M203 Grenade Launcher by the US Air Force on Flickr.
  • Makarov PM: 9-мм пистолет Макарова с патронами by Andrey Mironov on Wikimedia Commons, combined with the trigger guard from an unknown image.
  • Mauser 1914: From this Rock Island Auction listing of an early "humpback" Mauser 1914.
  • Ortgies: Ortgie right by Drhoehl on Wikimedia Commons.
  • PK: Unknown source.
  • PM-63 RAK: Composite of these two images, with some colour shifting.
  • PP-2000: From this image.
  • PTRS-41: Unknown source.
  • Sa vz. 58: From this image.
  • SKS: Receiver and barrel from YugoSKS by MPM2008 combined with the stock from this image, which is of the SKS from the Swedish Army Museum's collection.
  • Stechkin APB: Gun itself is from this image, but the magazine is from this image of a Dracula md. 98.
  • TT-33: Unknown source, but it seems extremely familiar to me.
  • TOZ-36: From this image.
  • VSS Vintorez: Composite of this and this image.
  • VSSK Vykhlop: From this image.
