The [[Carcano_Rifle_Series#Carcano_M91.2F41|Carcano M91/41]] is one of the rifles in the game, rather commonly found in several locations fitting the Italian setting. Because of its side-mounted scope, reloading from empty is done with a stripper clip instead of by inserting individual rounds.

The Italian FNAB-43 submachine gun appears in the game. It has the lowest recoil compared to any of the other SMGs, but also has the lowest magazine capacity (20 rounds).
M1A1 Thompson
The M1A1 Thompson is the first secondary weapon available in the player's arsenal.
M3 "Grease Gun"
The M3 "Grease Gun" is available in the "Silent Warfare Weapons" DLC pack.
The OVP M1918 is available in the "Night Fighter Expansion" DLC pack.
PPSh-41
The PPSh-41 is available in the "Cold Warfare Winter Expansion" DLC pack.
Sten Mk II
The Sten Mk II is available in the "Urban Assault Expansion" DLC pack.
Shotguns
M30 Luftwaffe Drilling
The M30 Luftwaffe Drilling is available in the "Lock and Load Weapons" DLC pack. It's a drilling (German for "triplet") combination gun featuring two 12 gauge shotgun barrels and a 9.3x74mmR rifle barrel. After two shotgun shots the in-game reticle will became smaller indicating what the gun switched to rifle ammo (or it can be seen in HUD in non-Authentic difficulty). The player can also choose which ammo use first by selecting the ammo type from weapon wheel or pressing secondary weapon button twice. It uses the same rifle ammo as sniper rifles despite being the different cartridge.
Winchester Model 1897
The Winchester Model 1897 ("Trench Gun" in-game) can be unlocked for player's loadout by killing an enemy sniper with it in the campaign.

De Lisle Carbine
The De Lisle Carbine is available in the "Silent Warfare Weapons" DLC pack.
The ZH-29 is available in the "Cold Warfare Winter Expansion" DLC pack.
MKb 42(H)
The MKb 42(H) is available in the game, labeled the "MKb 42". It's Jägers' weapon of choice.
FG 42
The FG 42 is Support Jägers' weapon of choice. It is unavailable to equip in the loadout, but can be picked up by the player on field.

Luftfaust
The Luftfaust (aka Fliegerfaust B) can be found in the Deathstorm Part 2: Infiltration DLC, called a "Neunfaust R1".
Panzerfaust
The Panzerfaust is featured in the game as Faust Troopers' weapon of choice. It is unavailable to equip in the loadout, but can be picked up by the player on field.
Grenades & Explosives
Model 24 Stielhandgranate
The Stielhandgranate M24 returns from previous installments. It comes in two variants: regular and adhesive. The latter is a sticky variant of the grenade, which can stick to most surfaces in the game, including enemies.
S-Mine
The S-Mine returns from previous installments. It comes in two variants: regular and delayed.
Tellermine 35 (Stahl)
The Tellermine 35 (Stahl) returns from previous installments. It comes in two variants: regular and double-press.
TNT
The TNT returns from previous installments. It comes in two variants: regular and timed.
Type 97
The Type 97 returns from previous installments. It comes in two variants: regular and delayed.
Mounted Weapons
