NOTE: On occasion Mythbusters shows clips from movies pertaining to the myth they are trying to replicate. Sometimes those clips contain guns. I am NOT including those clips here. If you want to check those guns, look on the page for the particular movie that they mentioned.
The following guns were used in the television show Mythbusters.
Handguns
Beretta 92F
In "Hollywood Gunslingers" (S10E12), when talking about quick-draws, Tori is seen with a Beretta 92F. Note that you can see "92F" stamped on the slide so its not a "92FS".
Colt Gold Cup National Match (custom)
In "Boomerang Bullet" (S07E24), a Colt Gold Cup National Match pistol is used to see if a bullet can ricochet back and hit the shooter.
In Wheel of Mythfortune (S9E21), both Adam and Jamie both use the same Colt Gold Cup National Match to test whether action movie shooting stances actually work. Jamie describes it as a "very common gun worldwide."
In "Hollywood Gunslingers" (S10E12), when retesting the ability to dual fire pistols, Adam and Jamie again use two different Colt Gold Cup National Match.
Colt MK IV Series 70
In "Curving Bullets" (S07E10) Tori, Grant and Kari use a Colt MK IV Series 70 to test the technique of curving a bullet demonstrated in the movie Wanted.
CornerShot with Modified Glock
In "Myth Evolution" (S07E18), the CornerShot is used to test the effectiveness of shooting around a corner.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
In "Mailbag Special" (S10E09), Tori and Kari are seen using a Desert Eagle Mark XIX to test whether a .50 AE bullet can be shot through 25 watermelons.
FEG P9R
In "Mission Impossible Mask" (S09E01), a FEG P9R is used as the target gun whilst testing whether it is possible to shoot at a gun and cause it to slide across the floor.
Flintlock Pistol
In "Paper Armor" (S09E12), Kari, Grant and Tori use a Flintlock Pistol to test how durable their paper armor is. The expert states that it is a French gun from about 1750.
Glock 17
In "Firearms Folklore" (S04E25), Adam and Jamie use the Glock 17 to test the myth that a bullet fired from a Glock lodged backwards in the cylinder of a revolver.
In "Mission Impossible Mask" (S09E01), Tori, Grant and Kari use a 3rd Generation Glock 17 to test if you can start a merry-go-round spinning by shooting at it as shown in Shoot 'Em Up.
In "Spy Car 2" (S09E07), Tori, Grant and Kari use a 2nd Generation Glock 17 with custom sights to test the myth that if you shoot a bullet into ice it will spin like a top.
Glock 19
In "Hollywood Gunslingers" (S10E12), when testing whether a nail gun could be used as a regular gun, Tori uses a Glock 19 for the control test.
Glock 22
In "Coffin Punch" (S06E19), Adam uses a Glock 22 to test to see if police badges can stop bullets. When Jamie explains the original myth, he said that a police badge stopped a .40 caliber bullet. Although dialogue is not totally reliable, the audience actually sees one of the slugs stuck in one of the badges.
Glock 23
In "Mini Myth Mayhem" (S08E17), the Glock 23 is used, to test weather a hair weave is bulletproof. Unsurprisingly, it is most definitely not. It is also used, in the same episode, to test whether a refrigerator door is bullet proof.
In "Inverted Underwater Car" (S08E19), the Glock 23 is used to test whether the muzzle flash from a gun can ignite a room full of gas, as seen in Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
Glock 35
In "Mission Impossible Mask" (S09E01), during the introduction for the test to see if you can start a merry-go-round spinning by shooting at it as shown in Shoot 'Em Up Kari brandishes a Glock 35 fitted with target sights, despite the fact a Glock 17 is the gun that is used for the actual test.
Heckler & Koch USP Tactical
In "Blow Your Own Sail" (S09E06), the Heckler & Koch USP Tactical is shown when testing the myth of Hollywood sound effects, testing a .45 ACP pistol un-suppressed. Oddly, the footage of the USP being fired was never shown. Instead, footage of a Walther P22 was shown, labeled incorrectly as a .45.
Modified Glock
In "Myth Evolution" (S07E18), the Mythbusters use a Glock that has been modified to fire special gel markers.
SIG-Sauer P226
In "Bouncing Bullet" (S10E08), Adam and Jamie use a SIG-Sauer P226 to test a myth from Burn Notice that you can bounce a bullet off of pavement through the undercarriage of a car.

SIG-Sauer P239
In "Explosive Decompression" (S01E04), Jamie and Adam use the SIG-Sauer P239 to test the myth of explosive decompression on a plane.
In "Bulletproof Water" (S03E10), Jamie uses the SIG-Sauer P239 to test whether water is in fact bulletproof.
In "Shredded Plane" (S04E02), Grant, Tori and Kari use the SIG-Sauer P239 to attempt to start a fire with a gun. They remove the bullet from the round and attempt to use the firing cap to ignite gunpowder.

In "Myths Reopened" (S04E08), Grant, Tori and Kari use the SIG-Sauer P239 to test whether you can fire a gun underwater. Amazingly it does fire, it does not however reload correctly.
In "Mega Movie Myths" (S04E19), Grant, Tori and Kari use the SIG-Sauer P239 to see if shooting a lock allows it to be opened.
In "Myth Revolution" (S05E18), Grant, Tori and Kari use the SIG-Sauer P239 to see if a ninja can slap a bullet away.
In "Shooting Fish in a Barrel" (S05E22), Adam and Jamie use the SIG-Sauer P239 to test how easy it really is to shoot fish in a barrel.
In "Coffin Punch" (S06E19), Adam and Jamie use the P239 to test what is bulletproof.
In "Inverted Underwater Car" (S08E19), Grant , Tori and Kari use the SIG-Sauer P239 to test whether shooting through milk will prevent the muzzle flash of a gun from igniting a room full of gas. This is based on the movie Kiss The Girls where Morgan Freeman's character does just that.
In "Spy Car 2" (S09E07), Tori is seen holding the SIG-Sauer P239 when preparing for the myth that a bullet fired into ice will spin like a top. For the actual testing of the myth, they used a Glock.
Smith & Wesson SW99
In "James Bond Special Part 1" (S06E01), Kari uses the Smith & Wesson SW99 to attempt to blow up a propane tank a la James Bond. Note that James Bond's pistol is the Walther P99, not its licensed clone.

Walther P22
In "Blow Your Own Sail" (S09E06), Adam uses an Walther P22 with a threaded barrel to test the myth of Hollywood sound effects. Hilariously, it is referred to as a .45 caliber rather than the correct .22 caliber in the graphics.

Smith & Wesson Model 29
In "Paper Armor" (S09E12), Adam uses a Smith & Wesson Model 29 to conduct underwater shock wave tests. It has been heavily modified by removing the rear sight(the square cut out for the sights is visible on the top corner of the frame), shortening the barrel and attaching a vertical tube to the muzzle. In "More Myths Revisited" (S05E06), an antique 10 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun is used to re-test the myth that if you plug the barrel of a gun with your finger, it will explode. They used an antique that was made in 1877 using the old Damascus technique of heating narrow strips of metal then shaping them around a mandrel. The theory was that this older, and definitely weaker barrel might fail when the barrel was plugged.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
