The Browning M1919A4 is used by 7th Infantry Division soldiers during the battle including Cpl. Chuck Fedderson (George Peppard) and Pvt. Forstman (Harry Guardino). Peppard himself had actual military training. Peppard enlisted in the United States Marine Corps July 8, 1946, and rose to the rank of corporal in the 10th Marines, leaving the Corps at the end of his period of enlistment in January 1948.

Chinese soldiers can be seen using the PPSh-41 submachine gun during the Battle of Pork Chop Hill with both 35 round stick magazines and 71 round drum magazines.
Lewis Gun
Several Chinese soldiers can be seen using the Lewis Gun from bunkers on Pork Chop Hill. This version has the cooling jacket replaced by a smaller version. The gun also has a slightly different drum fitted compared to the original drum.
RGD-33 Stick Grenade
Chinese soldiers use the RGD-33 Stick Grenade during the Battle of Pork Chop Hill.
