I think it is another type of pistol with a silencer attached. The movie silencer is too short and it is also larger than any of the HDM models I've seen. (it portrudes above the guns slide). The silencer also doesnt have a forward sight unlike the HDM models. I also imagine seeing an ejection port on the right side of the gun as he drops it to his side which the HDM doesnt have. Gun planted on Bernie Blue?

Anyone know the type of gun planted on Bernie when the police mistake his hero sandwich for a gun? Maxman (talk) 15:19 25 September 2013 (EST)

.22

Any ideas as to the ID of the suppressed .22 pistols used to kill Andy Stone? The initial ID was a Colt Woodsman, but I'm thinking maybe High Standard HDM. --Funkychinaman (talk) 02:40, 5 June 2014 (EDT)

I don't think it is either. In the first shot you can see the bottom edge of the slide which goes all the way to the front of the pistol (or at least to the back of the suppresor), however on both the Woodsman and HDM the slide doesn't do this and is only at the rear of the pistol. --commando552 (talk) 09:46, 5 June 2014 (EDT)
It is a shorter slide. I've uploaded a cap that shows the gun cycling. I didn't upload it initially because it's a bit blurry. --Funkychinaman (talk) 10:44, 5 June 2014 (EDT)

In that case, it must be that the line that looks like the bottom edge of the slide carrying on must actually be a join between the barrel and the frame, but similarly on both the Woodsman and the HDM there is no join here (the frame is solid at this point with the barrel attached to the front of this part). There is however a join like this on the Browning .22 pistols, like the Nomad/Challenger/Buckmark. My guess would probably be a Challenger, but am not sure. --commando552 (talk) 11:32, 5 June 2014 (EDT)
It looks like there's some sort of protrusion in front of the trigger (in the first cap). That and the target sights make me think High Standard Model 106 Military. --Funkychinaman (talk) 12:24, 5 June 2014 (EDT)

Dont think it is a High Standard HDM
