Bradley Cooper is an American actor well known for his roles as  Phil Wenneck in all three films in ''[[The Hangover]]'' trilogy and as the late Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle in the 2014 film ''[[American Sniper]]''.  He also has appeared in such films as ''[[The A-Team (2010)|The A-Team]]'', ''[[Limitless (2011)]]'', ''[[The Mule]]'', and ''[[The Place Beyond the Pines]]''. In addition, he has nominated for seven Academy Awards, including three straight acting nominations: for 2012's ''Silver Linings Playbook'', 2013's ''[[American Hustle]]'' as well as 2014's ''[[American Sniper]]''. In 2018, he gained acclaim for his directorial debut with the remake of the film ''A Star is Born''.
