Hal Holbrook (1925-2021) was a veteran American character actor who appeared in such films as ''[[Magnum Force]]'', ''[[Midway (1976)]]'', ''[[Creepshow]]'' and ''[[The Firm]]''. He was well known for his portrayal of Mark Twain, a role for which he performed in a one-man show on both the stage and television, receiving a Tony Award and an Emmy nomination. He passed away in 2021 at the age of 95.
