Creepshow (1982)

Creepshow is a 1982 horror anthology film directed by George A. Romero from a screenplay written by Stephen King. The feature consists of five diverse horror stories, two of which were based on the short stories of King. The cast included Leslie Nielsen, Ted Danson, and Hal Holbrook in addition to King himself in a co-starring role. The film, which was a homage to the EC horror comics of the 1950's, would spawn two sequels including 1987's Creepshow 2, in addition to a web streaming series that premiered in 2019 on the VOD service Shudder.

The following weapons were used in the film Creepshow:

The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill

12 Gauge Double-Barreled Shotgun

Luckless farmer Jordy Verrill (Stephen King), slowly turning into an alien plant creature, uses a 12 gauge shotgun to commit suicide. A briefly seen 12 gauge shotgun is also used by a hitman to kill Peter Yarbro (Peter Messer) in Father's Day, who himself carries such a gun in the crook of his arm before being killed.

Something to Tide You Over

Charter Arms Undercover

Richard Vickers (Leslie Nielsen) pulls what appears to be a Charter Arms Undercover from an ankle holster and uses it to force Harry Wentworth (Ted Danson) to bury himself in the sand below the high tide line. Later he uses it (to no effect) against the waterlogged zombies of his victims.

The Crate

Smith & Wesson Model 29

Professor Henry Northrup (Hal Holbrook) fantasizes about killing his annoying wife Wilma (Adrienne Barbeau) multiple times. The first time, at a posh faculty mixer, Henry whips out what appears to be a long-barreled Smith & Wesson Model 29 and shoots Wilma through the forehead, to thunderous applause from the other party guests - only to snap out of his daydream and realize his obnoxious wife still lives. Ironically, Holbrook starred in the Dirty Harry sequel Magnum Force, made famous by Clint Eastwood's use of the same firearm.
