The following weapons were used in the OVA When They Cry: Rei:

M79

A sawed-off M79 is seen with Sonozaki bodyguard Tatsuyoshi Kasai loaded with a non-lethal 40mm grenade in "Embarrassment Chapter".

Airsoft King Arms sawed off M79.

Kasai makes his entrance in "Embarrassment Chapter".

Note that the weapon is so big that it's impossible for him to hold it.
