Virineya

Virineya is a 1969 (filmed 1968) Soviet B&W drama directed by Vladimir Fetin and based on the story by Lidiya Seyfullina. It depicts the life of Virineya (Lyudmila Chursina), a woman from a Siberian village during the Russian Civil War.

Nagant M1895
Bolshevik Pavel Ivanovich Suslov (Vyacheslav Nevinnyy) carries a Nagant M1895 revolver. In one scene Virineya (Lyudmila Chursina) holds Suslov's Nagant. A Nagant is also used by a Cossack Ataman (Sergey Polezhaev).
Bulldog
Engineer Ivan Pavlovich (Vyacheslav Shalevich) draws a Bulldog-style revolver when he is attacked by the village priest Saveliy Magara (Anatoliy Papanov).

Mosin Nagant M1891 Infantry rifles are used by the members of the village commune, notably by Pavel Suslov (Vyacheslav Nevinnyy).

The village richman Zhiganov (Stanislav Chekan) carries a Mosin Nagant "obrez" sawed-off rifle.
