Breaker Morant

According to Military Small Arms Of The 20th Century. 7th Edition by Ian V. Hogg and John S. Weeks (Krause Publications, 2000) pg. 187 the Lee-Metford was adopted by the British under the official designation of "Rifle, Magazine, Lee-Metford Mk 1" in 1888. The Lee-Enfield Mk 1 with the Enfield rifling was adopted and sealed in 1895 by the British military. It's also my understanding that the production of Breaker Morant actually converted some of the later model Lee-Enfields Mk III's to look like the Mk I. It's my understanding that the Lee-Enfield Mk I was used in the Boer War so there is no way to actually determine which rifle was used in the movie. I'm going to stay with the Lee-Enfield identification. Thanks though. --Jcordell 09:50, 8 July 2011 (CDT)

Uploading Files

To upload a photo, use the "Upload File" seen in the lower left of this page. Also refer to the IMFDB Style Guide and the IMFDB Screencapping Guide for putting screenshots on the site --Ben41 (talk) 12:19, 19 October 2016 (EDT).

Problems with uploading files

I see on Talk:Hombre that you have a problem with uploading of an image. Sometimes a simple renaming of a file allows to fix the problem, as some combinations of letters and numbers in file name are for unknown reason rejected by the site engine. If this doesn't help, reduce the image dimensions. Maybe the length is excessive even with the possible file size. This may help. If not, let me know, maybe we'll find another way. --Greg-Z (talk) 11:24, 18 July 2020 (EDT)
