MP717(r) is just the German inventory designation for an unaltered PPSh, there's no point in calling it that because it's still a PPSh. It's like referring to a Bren Gun as an MG 138(e) because a German soldier touched it. Evil Tim (talk) 11:15, 30 November 2017 (EST) In the campaign they are exclusively used by German troops, so I'd say there is a point.--Teslashark (talk) 05:18, 1 December 2017 (EST)

No, not really. If a German soldier uses a Bren or a Sten, it's still a Bren or a Sten. You can note in the description that it was called that in German service, but renaming the gun is a bit much since it's a designation, not a distinct model. Evil Tim (talk) 11:51, 9 December 2017 (EST)

Regarding Type 99 Scope for Zijiang M99

Excuse me? Would you mind to provide credible sources about the Type 99 Scope which you mentioned as partially based on PSO-1 used in Chinese SVDs? Because the information like user manual / such for it is still scarce at best (Including the one for Type 03 Scope which is confirmed to be actual designation of it with proper reticle from its user manual). Dropping some sources for it in Discussion page will allow others to discuss about it & to prevent misinformation as well. AgentHotel (talk) 03:44, 9 July 2020 (EDT) P.S. The game is set on fictional settings in Middle East while still based on recent conflicts in Middle East, so it isn't necessary to explain that Honey Badger isn't actually used in Iraq / such (Just like how AS Val ended up at the hands of Insurgents)
