RE: Cartoon Weapons

Regarding the "no cartoon weapons" rule, that's usually for works that include nothing but cartoonish/unidentifiable weapons; in the case of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, there are real guns as well, so the cartoonish revolver is included for the sake of completeness. The same generally goes for fictional weapons - if there are no real/based-on-something-real guns, then the page itself isn't allowed, but if there's a mix of real and fictional weapons, both are generally included to clarify which is which.
