I've been a gun owner for about 7 years, and a gun enthusiast for longer than that. I enjoy identifying firearms in all my favorite movies and shows, whether they're action oriented or not. I think I'm pretty good about it, in fact the reason that prompted me to make this account finally is that one of my favorite shows has a misidentified gun and an unknown gun, both of which I know the proper identities for. It's also especially annoying as the misidentified gun is a Ruger GP100 (misidentified as a Colt Python despite the taper at the end of the barrel and the button cylinder release), a gun I'm fond of which does not show up often in film and television according to this website.
