I've been an active user of IMFDB for around 3-4 years. I've used it so much so that when to my friends to search the movie up on IMDB i accidentally tell them to go to IMFDB. IMFDB expanded my knowledge of guns and weaponry. After sometime i was able to identify a gun by looking at it. whenever I see a gun in anime/movie/games. I pause it, identify it and check with IMFDB. It's really fun and now has become a habit.
I'm also able to identify voice actors in most animes and video games. not as fun as guns though.
Sadly I'm quite new to using firearms in real life.
