Gun Platforms
For the film's production, several of the Russian and German armored vehicles used were well made mockups. Some mock-ups tanks are created on more modern chassis. For this film was created a replica of a Tiger tank. But unfortunately the film was shot without it.
Tiger I Tank
The "White Tiger" depicted in the film appears to be a German Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger I tank. The tank was supposed to be a specially made replica that was reported to have been built from the ground up, but apparently wasn't completed in time for filming. Instead, the tank seen in the film was a Soviet IS-2 that was visually modified to resemble the Tiger.
