The Unvanquished (original title L'Insoumis; also released as Have I the Right to Kill?) is a 1964 French drama movie directed by Alain Cavalier and starring Alain Delon as Thomas Vlassenroot, a deserter from French Foreign Legion during the Algerian war.

In the opening scene both legionnaires and Algerian insurgents use Bren machine guns. The one used by legionnaires is fitted with a straight box magazine taken from Chatellerault M1924/29.
