The Nada Gang

The Nada Gang (original title Nada, Spanish for "nothing") is a 1974 French-Italian crime thriller directed by Claude Chabrol. A leftist terrorist group kidnaps the US ambassador in France. Commissaire Goemond investigates the case, using the most cruel and merciless methods.

Handguns
Walther PP
The terrorists steal four Walther PP pistols from police station. During the kidnapping and in following scenes they are used by Buenaventura Diaz (Fabio Testi), André Épaulard (Maurice Garrel), D'Arey (Lou Castel) and Meyer (Didier Kaminka).
M1911-style pistol
In the opening scene André Épaulard (Maurice Garrel) thinks about suicide, holding his M1911-style pistol at his head. The pistol appears to be nickel plated, and the cocking serration differs from standard M1911/1911A1 pistols.
Walther P38
Several police detectives including Commissaire Goemond (Michel Aumont) are seen with Walther P38 pistols.
Unidentified snub nose revolver
In the final scene Commissaire Goemond (Michel Aumont) carries a snub nose revolver. It isn't seen clear enough to be identified for sure but it resembles Smith & Wesson Model 36.
Submachine Guns
Sten Mk II
Veronique Cash (Mariangela Melato) and Buenaventura Diaz (Fabio Testi) fire a Sten Mk II during the siege of the terrorists hideout on the farm.
MAT-49
MAT-49 SMGs are used by police during the siege of the farm.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
In the final scene Buenaventura Diaz (Fabio Testi) is armed with a sawn-off double barreled shotgun.
Rifles
MAS-36
During the siege of the farm most policemen are armed with MAS-36 rifles, some of them fitted with Tromblon Mle F3 smoke grenade launchers.
Unidentified sniper rifle
A police sniper fires a bolt action rifle during the siege of the farm. It resembles a sporterised Karabiner 98k or some other Mauser rifle.

Some MAS-36 rifles are fitted with Tromblon Mle F3 smoke grenade launchers.
