The Defeated Engelmacher ", who has taken power and organized crime in the turmoil after the war. While McLaughlin pursues his official job under his superior Tom Franklin, he also has private plans: his brother Moritz remained in Germany after the war. Officially, Moritz is considered missing, but Max soon discovers that he is waging a private war and hunting down escaped Nazi criminals on his own.
