- I guess it's a tail gunner. Single machine gun in tail mounting was used only on early (pre-B-24C) versions of Liberator (if I'm not mistaken) while in real history Louis Zamperini was a crew member of a B-24D. Greg-Z (talk) 16:19, 27 July 2014 (EDT)
