Other weapons in this movie
A couple of Molotov Coctail are used by a bandit during the pagliaio ambush
Plus there's a list of other weapons seen in the movie but of which I wasn't able to find any screenshots
- Carabina Carcano mod.91/38: briefly seen at the beginning of the movie slung over the shoulders of a couple of policemen. One is used in the background by a bandit during the "pagliaio" ambush;
- F.N.A.B.-43: this cheap late-war SMG is seen in the hands of Franco Mannino (one of Giuliano's lieutenants) in a couple of occasion (during the visit of the Senators at the beginning and when he's captured at the end);
- Luger P08: holstered by a bandit during the senators' visit;
- Thompson M1928: a single 1928 with 20rd box magazine is used by a bandit during the "pagliaio" ambush;
- Side-by-side shotgun: several of these are carried by the sheperds hired by Giuliano prior the Portella della Ginestra massacre
- Please have all screenshots on hand before starting a page. --Funkychinaman (talk) 18:06, 29 April 2014 (EDT)
That's the exact reason why I added the weapons here instead than on the other page....when i created the article I made sure I had the screenshots beforehand...but since I can't find the images of those weapons in-movie online and can't capture the image on TV via Sky, I dropped them on the discussion page...those are guns which can be just glimpsed for a few frames (apart for Mannino's FNAB, that is however seen for a very little amount of time), and it was hard enough to find pics of this movie --DonPatrono (User talk:DonPatrono) 21:20, 30 April 2014 (CET)
- Can you get the DVD or something? We have instructions on getting screencaps. --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:24, 30 April 2014 (EDT)
- Can try but cannot assure I can find...it's an old movie, and not one of the most famous sadly --DonPatrono (User talk:DonPatrono) 11:00, 01 May 2014 (CET)
- It's part of the Criterion collection, so it's in print. --Funkychinaman (talk) 05:23, 1 May 2014 (EDT)
