Just that the Bazooka has thin walls doesn't mean that it is a mock up. Bazookas are recoilless rocket launchers so they have a relatively low chamber pressure, so do not require a thick barrel. Also, to me it looks more like one of the original shield-less Panzerschrecks:

Thank you! In the movie the paratroopers find this weapon in German stores but call it bazooka. So it can be a Panzerschreck. Greg-Z (talk) 04:35, 3 June 2013 (EDT)
