Not a Model 29?

After the same problem in Silent Rage I'm not sure about the revolver identified as Model 29. Is it really Model 29 or 27/28? It is seen very close on a screenshot. Any help would be useful. Thanks in advance! Greg-Z 13:24, 27 July 2012 (CDT)

Hmm, been a while but this Smith is actually a Model 28. At least I'm pretty certain - The closeup shot shows what very much looks to be a plain, smooth top strap - 27s have checkered top straps (Note the difference shown here). Duller finish further suggests this being a Model 28 as well. The other unknown is practically impossible to tell with that image I'm afraid. It might be another Model 36 but that would be only a guess, looks a tad big for a J-frame, actually, but again, tough to tell. StanTheMan (talk) 02:16, 19 November 2016 (EST)
