How about the anachronistic Ruger Mk I. standing in for the Luger P08? For a layman they would have roughtly the same looks. Just a thought I was having, --PeeWee055 (talk) 05:18, 13 February 2013 (EST)

- I haven't seen the movie myself, but according to the original author, the story takes place in 1936 and the Ruger Mk I. was not produced until 1949, --PeeWee055 (talk) 09:16, 13 February 2013 (EST)
- Ah, I missed that. I brightened up the screencap of the Ruger, however, and it doesn't look like a Luger. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:01, 13 February 2013 (EST)
- I see your point and you're 200% percent right. However, thing is that we, as contributors to IMFDB, can tell left from right with regards to guns but 99% of other people cannot. My idea is that the armorer could not get ahold of a Luger (or just did not bother) and sneaked in a Luger thinking nobody would notice. Thanks to IMFDB, you and I do! --PeeWee055 (talk) 16:11, 13 February 2013 (EST)
