Whenever you see something with that rounded corner at the front of the frame, it is a good bet that you are dealing with an Astra as the vast majority of revolvers have a more squared off corner (there are 1 or 2 Astra models like the Model 44 that have a square corner as well). Specifically, I think that this is an early model, as it has the flatter cylinder release with serrations over the full width as opposed to the raised type that is only serrated on the rear sloped face. --commando552 (talk) 14:50, 18 September 2014 (EDT)
