Opening Sequence

So first off, amazing movie, absolutely loved it. In the opening sequence, telling the history of Wakanda, during the shot of more modern events one of the things we see is a Spitfire chasing and firing at a Bf 109; just a little thing worth adding to the page for novelty's sake once we get the bluray. For what it's worth at this point, I could make out one of the soldiers herding slaves onto the ship holding a musket, WWII soldiers with their rifles/etc, a Panzer III, Tiger I, Spitfire (with Hispanos), and Bf 109. Alex T Snow (talk) 22:14, 25 April 2022 (EDT)

What were the handguns N'Jobu and James had?

Couldn't see them very well, but they looked like Glocks to me. I would hope that the movie's armorer used period-specific Glocks (meaning 2nd Generation models), but considering that M16A4s appear in the same scene, I'd venture a guess that they're the same Gen 3 Glocks that appear elsewhere in the movie. -MT2008 (talk) 11:30, 5 April 2020 (EDT)

BCM Recce 14 KMR-A?

Error creating thumbnail: File missing
The screen-used BCM and M203 grenade launcher carried by Erik "Killmonger" Stevens (Michael B. Jordan) in the film Black Panther, from Independent Studio Services. (Video from Vickers Tactical).

I don't think that this is a BCM Reece-14; barrel looks a bit longer, probably 16". In which case, it's actually a Reece-16 KMR-A15 ("Reece-16" means 16" barrel, while "KMR-A15" means a 15" KeyMod handguard).

Also, the other BCM carbine that appears in the movie looks as though it's one of the CQB-11s that also appears in Season 10 of Hawaii Five-0. -MT2008 (talk) 11:30, 5 April 2020 (EDT)

OK, I'm wrong; I just watched Larry Vickers' video from his visit to ISS, and I see that the rail is indeed marked, "KMR-A13". -MT2008 (talk) 11:56, 5 April 2020 (EDT)
