School of Courage Shkola muzhestva ) is a Soviet 1954 historical adventure movie directed by Vladimir Basov and Mstislav Korchagin and based on the novel "Shkola" ("School") by Arkadi Gajdar. The story depicts the fate of young man Boris Gorikov during the Russian revolution 1917 and civil war.
