In "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05), an patriot uses a Beretta to ambush Allenford, but Neville kills all. In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06), Neville uses his Beretta in the Patriot reprogramming center to rescue Jason. In "Everyone Says I Love You" (S2E09), Monroe uses a Beretta 92FS to search Aaron. Later, Calvin Horn (Zeljko Ivanek) threatens Aaron with his Beretta. Connor Bennett (Mat Vairo) is seen carrying a Beretta 92FS when he capture Monroe in "Mis Dos Padres" (S2E11). Later, Connor uses the Beretta to threaten Edward Truman near the end of "Captain Trips" (S2E12). In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Monroe briefly uses his Beretta 92FS when the patriots attack the hydro plant. Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), carries a Beretta 92FS during "Austin City Limits" (S2E18). A Texas Ranger is seen firing a Beretta 92FS with wood grips in the Season 2's finale "Delcaration of Independence" (S2E22).
In "Born in the U.S.A." (S2E01), Sheriff Mason (Adam Beach) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox to defend Miles. Later in "There Will Be Blood" (S2E02) one tribe member uses a Beretta 92FS Inox to kill Mason. Titus Andover (Matt Ross) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox to threaten Miles in "Patriot Games" (S2E04). In "Come Blow Your Horn" (S2E08), Roger Allenford (David Aaron Baker) uses his Beretta 92FS Inox to shoot at his wife. Sebastian Monroe (David Lyons) carries a Beretta 92FS Inox throughout "Austin City Limits" (S2E18). Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) carries a Beretta Inox during "S#!& Happens" (S2E19).
In "Love Story", Vince Cooke uses a Colt Officer's ACP to interrogate Neville. In "Mis Dos Padres" (S2E11), Gene Porter (Stephen Collins) uses what appears to be a Colt Officer´s ACP to enters in the Patriot camp.
John Franklin Fry (Jim Beaver) uses a Colt Commander during "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05). In "Captain Trips" (S2E12), Connor Bennett takes a customized Colt Commander from the Truman's strongbox. Several Texas Rangers are seen armed with Colt pistols in "Austin City Limits" (S2E18).
Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) once again uses a Desert Eagle in this season, however it is now a Mark I (as noted by the absence of a scope rail, shorter slide serrations and the safety design) rather than Mark XIX he previously used.
Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) uses a Glock 19 to threaten Duncan Page in "Happy Endings" (S2E13). In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Edward Truman (Steven Culp) is seen carying a Glock 19 during the hydro plant shootout. In the same episode, Tom Neville uses the Glock 19 to threaten Monroe. In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), Jason Neville (JD Pardo) is seen loading a Glock 19. In the same episode, Charlie carries her Glock 19 when she fights Jason. In the Season 2's finale "Delcaration of Independence" (S2E22), Edward Truman uses a Glock 19 to kill several Texas Rangers and shoot himself. In the same episode, a Texas Ranger fires a Glock 19 in the Camp Riker.
Sebastian Monroe (David Lyons) is armed with a Stainless Taurus PT92AFS when the patriots attack the hydro plant with mustard gas in "Tomorrowland" (S2E20). In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Sebastian Monroe is seen pulling an Taurus PT92AFS while talking to Miles. In "Declaration of Independence" (S2E22), Bass is seen pulling his Taurus PT92 during a confrontation with Connor.
In "Love Story" (S2E03) Aaron Pittman (Zak Orth) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 66 to shoot at members of Andover clan. In "Dreamcatcher" (S2E15), Aaron is armed with the S&W Model 66 during his dream sequence.
In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Sebastian Monroe fires what appears to be a sawed-off Winchester Model 1300 Ranger at Edward Truman during the hydro plant shootout. In "Love Story" (S02E03), Dr. Gene Porter (Stephen Collins), Rachel Matheson's father, uses Winchester Model 1300 Ranger field shotgun against the Andover Clan when they attack Willoughby.
In "There Will Be Blood" (S2E02), the old man is seen with a Winchester Model 1300 Defender. In "Love Story" (S2E03), Monroe uses a Winchester M1300 to threaten Adam. In "One Riot, One Ranger" (S1E05), Charlie uses a Winchester to defend Miles and Sebastian in the ambush. In "Fear and Loathing" (S2E14), Rachel is seen armed with a Winchester Model 1300 while in a confrontation with Jason and Tom. In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Rachel fires the Winchester during the hydro plant shootout.
In "Dead Man Walking" (S02E06), Malcolm Dove and various Texas Rangers use Winchester Model 1897s. In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Grant is seen pulling a Winchester Model 1897 during the meeting with Gene Porter. Later, Kim (Jaz Sinclair) grabs the shotgun and tries to shoot Miles.
In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Rachel Matheson (Elizabeth Mitchell) fires a Winchester Model 1897 Field shotgun in the air to scare a women in a farmhouse. Later, Rachel is seen aiming the shotgun at Priscilla.

In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) uses a Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with a vertical foregrip duirng the hydro plant shootout. In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), a mercenary holds a Mossberg 500 Cruiser with extended magazine and heat shield, when Aaron arrives at the hydro plant. In "Tomorrowland" (S2E20), Sebastian Monroe (David Lyons) takes a Mossberg 500 from his hidden arsenal. In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Charlie briefly carries the her Mossberg 500 Cruiser.
A Texas Ranger accompanying Texas Ranger John Fry to Willoughby in "One Riot, One Ranger" (S02E05) carries a Double Barrel Shotgun. Later, Texas Ranger Malcolm Dove uses the Double Barrel Shotgun in "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06). Grace Beaumont (Maria Howell) is seen holding a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun on Aaron when he enters in Spring City in "The Three Amigos" (S2E10). In "Tomorrowland" (S2E20), a Double Barrel Shotgun is brefly seen in the hidden arsenal.
In episode "There Will be Blood" (S02E02) one of the deputies in Willoughby is seen armed with a Winchester 1894. Later, another deputy is seen with the rifle opening the gate in "Love Story" (S02E03).
In episode "There Will Be Blood" (S02E02) Ken Dawson is seen wielding an unknown rifle when everybody is gathering in the town hall. Later, uses the rifle to defend the gate of Willoughby in "Love Story" (S2E03).
In "The Three Amigos", a border guard is seen armed with an AKM in Mexico. Bass takes the AKM from the border guard, and he uses the weapon later in the episode. This AKM not is equipped with a slant muzzle brake.
During several episodes, the Patriots use Colt M4A1 carbines. During one flashback, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) aims an M4 at Miles in "There Will Be Blood" (S2E02). In "The Three Amigos", several border guards are armed with M4A1s. In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Miles is seen firing an M4 during the shootout at the train yard. In Season 2's finale "Declaration of Independence", Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) are seen firing M4s during the Patriot ambush. Later, Tom Neville fires an M4 at Monroe in the same episode.
Some of the Patriots' guards use Colt M16A2s, and use them during an ambush in "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05). In "Happy Endings" (S2E13), Miles Matheson (Billy Burke) is armed with a Colt M16A2 fitted with a telescopic rifle scope to defend Connor Bennet.
In "Love Story" (S2E03) Riley (Will Beinbrink) uses a Ruger Mini-14 with a 20-round magazine in the gate of Willoughby. In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06), a Texas Ranger uses the Mini-14 to capture Monroe.
In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), Jason Neville uses a Remington 700PSS in his attempt to kill President Carver. Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) also uses the rifle.
In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06) a Patriot is seen on a cart with an M134 Minigun when escorting Monroe through Willoughby. Curiously, it's seen with a chainsaw grip and handle despite being mounted on a pintle. It should be noted that Miniguns are electrically-powered, which would make them nothing more than really big paper weights in a world without electricity.
