Redemption Don "The Dragon" Wilson ) is ignominiously dismissed from service after an operation under his command fails, and the members of his team blame him for this. Being in desperate need in money, Collins gets a job from a mob boss Tony Leggio (Chris Penn ) who is in feud with Asian gang, lead by ruthless Joey Lam (Eddie Mui ).
