Oktyabryukhov and Dekabryukhov (Oktyabryukhov i Dekabryukhov; on the movie poster, the names are listed in reverse order - Dekabryukhov i Oktyabryukhov) is a 1928 Soviet B&W silent comedy directed by Aleksei Smirnov and Aleksandra Iskander. After the October Revolution of 1917, a richman Nikolay Dekabryukhov runs away to emigration, leaving his wife Mariya Ivanovna. His brother Ivan stays in the Soviet Russia and finds his place in the new life, even changing his name to Oktyabryukhov, after the October Revolution. At last Ivan marries Nikolay's abandoned wife.
