Colt M1911A1
During a patrol back in the Vietnam War David Miller (John Schneider) uses a Colt M1911A1 to clear out a VC rat tunnel. A poster showing a nickel one with pearl grips is seen in Col. Freeman's (James Tolkan) office.
Colt Police Positive
Col. Freeman (James Tolkan) keeps a Colt Police Positive as a sidearm which he later gives to David Miller (John Schneider).

Cobray M11/9
David Miller (John Schneider) and Col. Freeman (James Tolkan) use Cobray M11/9 that are actually fired in semi auto. A rare sight in film.

A Heckler & Koch HK94A3 with a foregrip is used by an Airport security guard in Rome.
Micro Uzi
Terrorist in the airport massacre use IMI Micro Uzis.

Al-Hassan's (Daniel Radell) main weapon is a TEC-9.

M16 SP1
Most US Soldiers carried M16 SP1s in Miller's flashback. Some soldiers Col. Freeman (James Tolkan) trains use them as well.

Some US Soldiers have genuine M16A1s in David's flashback.
Type 56
Viet Cong and Lebanese militants use Norinco Type 56 rifles with at least one missing a stock. David Miller (John Schneider) later uses one to escape from a militant POW camp.

An Mk 2 Hand Grenade is also seen on Col. Freeman's vest. Odd considering the Mk 2 was phased out in the 60's (with the mission taking place in 1971).
