Mikhail Ulyanov

Mikhail Alexandrovich Ulyanov (November 20, 1927 – March 26, 2007) was a well known Soviet and Russian stage and screen actor. He started his cinema career in 1953 and appeared in about 70 movies. In 16 movies Mikhail Ulyanov appeared as the famous Soviet Marshal Zhukov. In 1969 Ulyanov was awarded the title of People's Artist of the USSR and in 1982 he received a special prize from the Venice Film Festival. He died on March 26, 2007 of intestinal disease.
