Luther later determines that the Glock was chosen because the barrel could be melted down; the murder weapon was placed in the throat of a dog with the knowledge that it would be cremated.

This weapon also has the lower receiver with "S-F" fire control options, rather than the "0-1" options of the factory PSG-1.
