Kochetov NK-8,2

The NK-8,2 is a Soviet hunting carbine designed by Dmitry Kochetov in the early 1930s and produced by TOZ until 1941 (according to some documents, the carbine was first produced for export to Mongolia). The NK-8,2 incorporates elements of both the Mosin and Mauser systems and uses a specially designed 8.2 mm cartridge with black powder and lead bullet.
