Keoma
|
Keoma (also known as Django Rides Again and Django's Great Return) is a 1976 Italian spaghetti western directed by Enzo G. Castellari and starring Franco Nero as Keoma, a half-breed gunslinger.
The following weapons are seen in the movie Keoma:
Single Action Army Revolver
Most characters, including Keoma (Franco Nero) and his half-brothers Butch (Orso Maria Guerrini), Sam (Joshua Sinclair) and Lenny (Antonio Marsina) Shannons, carry Single Action Army revolvers. The movie was filmed in Italy so the revolvers are supposed to be Uberti or Beretta clones of original Colt SAA. Most of the revolvers are of "Artillery" model but some "Cavalry" are also seen.
One of Caldwell's henchmen (supposedly Roberto Dell'Acqua) is seen with a revolver that looks like a Colt 1851 Navy (supposedly also Uberti replica).
Sawed-off Double Barreled Shotgun
A sawed-off double barreled shotgun with exposed hammers is Keoma's (Franco Nero) favoured weapon.
Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy"
Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy" carbines are used by several of Caldwell's henchmen. Keoma (Franco Nero) takes one of these rifles after the shootout in the brothel and uses it in several scenes. William Shannon (William Berger) and George (Woody Strode) use the Model 1866 during the showdown.
Winchester Model 1873
Several of Caldwell's henchmen carry Winchester Model 1873 carbines. During the showdown Keoma (Franco Nero) takes a Model 1873 from a shot enemy.
Unidentified rifle
An old-fashioned rifle is seen in the flashback scene after the massacre of the Indian village.
