Joe Flynn (November 8, 1924 - July 19, 1974) has 96 credits in film and television in a career spanning 1948 to 1974. During World War II he was assigned to the Army Special Services Branch, entertaining troops with a ventriloquist act. He is best known for his character Captain Wallace B. Binghamton in McHale's Navy (TV Series) and movie spin-offs McHale's Navy (1964) and McHale's Navy Joins the Air Force (1965).
