How to Kill a Judge (original title Perché si uccide un magistrato) is a 1975 French detective drama directed by Damiano Damiani. Franco Nero appears in unusual role of the film director Giacomo Solaris who directed a movie about a corrupt attorney. The main character of Solaris' movie is based on a real person. Several days after the opening night the prototype of movie character is assassinated, like it was in the movie. Solaris have to conduct his own investigation.

A Beretta M1951 is seen in Solaris' movie in the scene of the assassination.
Beretta M1934
Vincenzo Terrasini (Renzo Palmer) carries a Beretta M1934 in the glovebox of his car.
Beretta Model 70
A Beretta Model 70 is used by the murderer of the attorney Traini-Luis (his identity is revealed only in the end of the film).
Unidentified pistols
In one scene two killers are armed with pistols that aren't seen clear enough to be identified for sure. They look like some Beretta model, maybe Beretta M1951 but it's only a guess.
Submachine Guns
Beretta Model 38/42 or Model 38/44
In one scene carabiniers, disguised as construction workers, are armed with Beretta Model 38/44 or Beretta Model 38/44 SMGs. Same SMGs are seen in hands of uniformed policemen in several scenes.
Beretta M12
A plainclothes detective is seen with a Beretta M12 SMG.
